It’s worth noting now that I work on a minimum spend basis. This is currently set at £1500.00
This includes Bridal party florals (subject to number restrictions) and 1 larger installation piece (such as a broken arch that can be used for your ceremony and reception)
It basically means I can make sure you’re getting the most bang for your buck.
If your budget is below £1500.00, it’s still worth getting in touch as I do take on some smaller weddings and if your vibe is awesome then we can definitely make magic together!
Our initial consultation can either be in person or online- whichever is easier for you, and be at a time to suit you- evenings and weekends included. (Pj’s encouraged at all online consultations by the way!) You can tell me all about your plans, ideas and vision for your day. We’ll chat about how you want it to feel and what is important to you for your wedding and florals. I want to know about you guys as a couple- your loves, passions, interests, little in-jokes, hobbies and adventures. We’ll also chat through your budget, potential design ideas and what is realistically possible. I’ll also be able to offer advice on making the most of your budget and creating the best visual impact.
Following this, I’ll send over a detailed personalised proposal with a mood board, colour palette and design ideas. If you’re happy, then it’s a 50% non- refundable booking fee payable at this point to secure your date.
I am available to chat about your wedding as often as you need. As well as regular check- ins, you will have access to a private online space shared just between us- this is where you can easily dump ideas, inspiration, ask questions- whatever you need. We’ll also arrange a site visit to your venue(s) to get a real- life feel for our plans and tweak them if necessary- it all gets very exciting at this point and there are usually a few tiny happy dances!
Around 6 weeks before the big day we’ll have our final consultation where we will confirm numbers, our designs and all logistical details. The final balance is due now too, and then it’s time to celebrate with a cocktail and relax until the big day!
